Fabs is a great care agency where all the staff are well trained. The office staff, and carers are all great and offer a brilliant service for their clients and families too.
I work closely with them to manage my Fathers care. The carers are all great and so friendly. The office staff have been amazing, a special shout out for Mel, Surgine and George. All the office staff have time for you and listen to any needs/changes. Their missions and values are in line with what a care agency needs to be.
My Father is so happy and well looked after with the help from Fabs.

My 98 year old Mother, Lucy, has had FABS caring for her for many years. Thanks to them I have managed to keep Mum independent in her own home. Before FABS I was struggling to look after Mum as her only carer, plus having to work long hours. Thanks to FABS I am now able to work but also take some time to myself knowing Mum is well cared for.
Mum still loves her fashion and the carers always take time to pick out nice clothes for her so she always looks presentable. We have used FABS for so long now that many of the staff feel more like friends. The office staff are friendly and helpful and take time to listen to any requests we may have. The office staff even took time to visit Mum as a surprise on her birthday which made her so happy.
I can highly recommend this company and hopefully with their help Mum will live to see her 100th birthday!!

We’re the service user’s of Fabs, we have been using them over a year and more now, they have got very high professional people who works as a carer, very trained, very manor and very friendly. the office peoples are very friendly and polite always listening to what I need, if there are six star's I will give them all, we used to use big companies in Lee as a carer Agency which is nothing like this, we’re very lucky that we have found this company.
